Toon-Photo allows you to simply and easily transform your digital photos into cartoons. Toon-Photo does not impose size limits on the images you can process.
This application has a nice interface and you can have lot of fun using it! All you have to do is to load a photo, and then you may change the color, adjust the sensitivity of the edge detector. The result will be a nice classic cartoon.
